At LinTeng Stone, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery of our stone products to customers around the world. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle transportation, lead times, freight methods, and related logistics services.


1. Shipping Scope

We ship to major ports and cities worldwide. Our stone products can be delivered by:

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL)
  • Land Transportation (Domestic only)
  • Air Freight (for urgent or small-volume orders upon request)

For international shipments, we primarily operate under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms, unless otherwise agreed.


2. Processing & Lead Time

Our standard production and handling times are as follows:

  • Production Time: Typically 15–30 working days, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements
  • Inspection & Packaging: 2–3 days after production
  • Loading & Dispatch: 1–3 days after inspection

We will provide an estimated delivery schedule upon order confirmation.


3. Packaging

All products are securely packed using industry-standard export packaging materials to ensure safe transportation:

  • Wooden crates or pallets with fumigation treatment
  • Foam and plastic protection for fragile items (e.g., mosaics, thin panels)
  • Waterproof wrapping if required

Customized packaging can be arranged upon request.


4. Freight & Logistics

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order volume and weight
  • Destination port or address
  • Chosen shipping method

We work closely with trusted logistics partners to offer the best rates and reliable service. Customers may also arrange their own shipping (EXW terms).


5. Customs & Duties

For international shipments:

  • All customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • We provide the necessary export documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading

If additional documents (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate) are required, please notify us in advance.


6. Shipment Inspection

Customers may request a pre-shipment inspection (by third-party or video call). We welcome inspection at our factory before loading to ensure satisfaction.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance issues
  • Port congestion
  • Unforeseen logistics or weather events

We will keep you informed of any unexpected changes in the schedule.


8. Damages & Claims

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. If damage occurs during transit:

  • Notify us and provide photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • Retain the original packaging and labels for inspection
  • We will assist in filing claims with the shipping company or insurance if applicable
